Most Like Me

He came home today
Wrapped up real tight.
I watched him all morning
I watched him all night.
I'm trying to figure out
Who he's going to be.
Everyone says that
he's most like me.

They're crowding around him
watching his face
Waiting for flashes
of brilliance and grace.
They say that he's special
He's different, he's new.
I think he's wondering
what they want him to do.

He has tricks he performs
That make everyone "oh"
He see how they love it
so he does them some more.
And it's making them happy
So it must be right.

So do it all night.

But the littlest things
can make him cry
Hair (?) wrapped 'round his finger
Something in his eye.
I'm trying to figure out
who he's going to be
But everyone says that
