- 5.18.05 - Jennifer Love Hewitt's new show, Ghost Whisperer, has been officially picked up by CBS and will be on their fall schedule. Hewitt will play a newlywed who talks to the dead.
- 11.17.04 - ABC has said that they are revisiting their project starring Jennifer Love Hewitt entitled In the Game (Touchstone/Handprint). Hewitt would star as a producer of sports programming who suddenly finds herself in front of the camera instead of behind it. ABC originally looked at this project for fall 2004, but is now ordering 6 episodes for mid-season.

What I like about my new character: "Jack's got a strong moral compass, and I love his heroism. So much [is] thrown at him because he's 'the doctor.' There's sort of an internal struggle of whether [he] can live up to people's expectations."
If the old TV character squared off against the new one, who'd win? No hesitation: Jack would. "He's an older, stronger man. He's got more things figured out than Charlie did."
